TOWN OF RHINE, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man suffered critical injuries after a motorcycle accident Friday afternoon. The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department says 21 year old Jeramie Jenss of Sheboygan is in critical condition after losing control of his motorcycle while trying to pass a vehicle on Highway 67. Jenss was travelling southbound on Highway 67 near Holzmann road when he attempted to pass a vehicle at speeds of nearly 80 miles an hour when he encountered an oncoming car and swerved to miss it. He lost control, skidded, left the roadway, hit a road sign, and numerous trees before coming to rest with numerous broken bones and a possible head injury. Jenss was airlifted to Theda Starr Hospital in Neenah. The Accident is still under investigation, and no charges have yet been filed.
