BATTLE CREEK, Mich (WLMI) A Battle Creek man is hospitalized in critical condition following a Monday morning crash. 23-year old James Crapo was a passenger in a car that went off Capital Avenue Southwest and hit a utility pole. Crapo was taken to Borgess Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car—a 17-year old Battle Creek man—wasn’t hurt. An investigation continues.
