MASON, Mich (WLMI) The murder trial of a Lansing man has been delayed after an important prosecution witness left the state. The trial of 29-year old Robert Morgan was to begin yesterday in Mason. Officials are now working to find the witness and return him to the Lansing-area. A new trial date hasn’t been set. Morgan is charged in the May 2010 shooting of Jeffrey Fidler of Lansing.
