George Strait is a grandfather now, but he still looks back fondly on his childhood Christmases with his own grandparents back in Texas. The house was filled with family, and George says, "It was a lot of fun because you’d see cousins that you hadn’t seen in a while."

He adds, "Those are the memories that I have, getting to spend a few days with them and opening presents and it was just a lot of fun back then."
