Taylor Swift 's Red is spending a sixth nonconsecutive week at #1 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart, with 276,000 sold this past week, according to Nielsen Soundscan. That's a 32 percent increase over the previous week, thanks to the pre-Christmas shopping rush.

Red was the top-selling album released in 2012, moving more than three million copies since it came out in October.  The year's best-selling album overall is Adele's 21 .

Look for Taylor to perform on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest Monday night on ABC.
