FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WHBL) - Counselors will return to Campbellsport High School today, as classes resume for the first time since nine soccer teammates were involved in an S-U-V crash early Saturday. Three girls were killed, and six others were still hospitalized as of Sunday night. 16 year-old Katie Berg died Sunday.  15-year-old Sabrina Stahl and 17 year-old Caitlin Scannell – daughter of Campbellsport soccer coach Tim Scannell – died at the scene.  All nine were on the school’s varsity and junior varsity soccer teams.  Authorities said the S-U-V, driven by 18 year-old Carly Ottery, was speeding when it veered into a ditch and rolled over.  It happened about 3:30 Saturday morning.  Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies said high speed and a failure to wear seat belts were factors in the crash – and alcohol, drugs, and the weather were not factors.  Ottery and another 18 year-old woman were both in satisfactory condition at last word at a Fond du Lac Hospital.  Four 16 and 17 year-olds were still in serious condition at Milwaukee Children’s Hospital.
