SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - It’s November 1st, Thanksgiving is fast approaching and Christmas is just around the corner, so members of the Town and Country Garden Club are getting the city of Sheboygan ready.  A crew of about 30 spent Thursday morning decorating the planters along 8th Street with greens and dogwood branches.  They started the task around 10 o'clo0ck and finished up around noon.
