GREEN BAY, WI (WHBL) - The Oostburg girls won their second consecutive Division 3 state volleyball title Saturday afternoon by defeating Oconto 3-1 at the Resch Center in Green Bay.

Oostburg lost the first set, 25-20, but then took command.  The Lady Dutch took the second set, 25-18.  They won the third set by an identical 25-18 margin, then wrapped it up with a narrow 25-23 victory in the fourth set.

Jo-Leigh VerVelde had a team-high 24 kills for Oostburg.  Abby VanStelle finished with 17.

Oostburg ends the year with a 43-4 record. Oconto finished the year 37-2.
