SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Four F-16 fighter jets will fly over Sheboygan and Oostburg this afternoon to honor veterans.  Sheboygan County Board Chairman Roger TeStroete says beginning at 4:20, County Supervisor Mike Vandersteen will emcee the event at the Lao, Hmong, and American Veteran’s Memorial.  Mayor Terry Van Akkeren will also speak.  There will also be a small program with a flyover at the Oostburg Village Park at the same time.
