SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Formal charges have been filed against the three men involved in a shooting incident in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Monday. 27 year old Charles Chew, of Chicago, is charged with reckless endangerment, while Andrew Lee and Andreaius Lucas, both 19 and from Milwaukee, are charged with felony battery. According to the criminal complaint, the two men had accompanied Cheryl McCranie to an apartment that she shared with Chew on Rangeline Road. She had left and wanted her belongings. Authorities said Lucas and Lee waited outside until they heard Chew restraining McCranie. That’s when they entered and a fight ensued until Chew produced a gun and began firing, hitting each man in the leg. They fled from the apartment and sought cover as Chew pursued them outside, firing four or five more shots. That’s when police were called and all four participants were arrested. Police also recovered the pistol used in the shooting and determined it had been stolen in a home invasion in Illinois.
