RANDOM LAKE, Wis. (WHBL) - An Adell man is facing felony strangulation charges for choking two students at Random Lake High School in September.  18 year old Austin Flores was charged Friday in Sheboygan County Court after a 15 year old female victim went to the principal and said that Flores had strangled her on school grounds three different times.  Flores is also accused of choking another 15 year old girl 4 different times and picking her up by her neck so she couldn’t touch the floor.  The girls were scared to report the incidents because Flores intimidated them.  If convicted, he’s facing up to 12 years in prison.
