FRANKLIN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Cleveland man remains hospitalized as a result of a weekend accident at Franklin in the town of Herman.  The Sheriff’s Department said 48 year old Dale Bathke was driving his pickup on Franklin Road on Friday night when his truck left the road and hit a tree.  It then continued on, hitting several more trees and boulders before coming to rest against a boulder in a front yard.  Bathke was flown to Theda Clark in Neenah, where a spokesman said Monday morning he is listed in fair condition.
