SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The city of Sheboygan said "thank you" Monday morning to those men and women who have served in the armed forces, both in war and peace, with a Veteran's Day program in the Sheboygan South Fieldhouse.  The program was sponsored by the Pescott Bayens American Legion Post 83.
