SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan City Council will meet in special session on Monday to again take up the 2013 city budget. The budget failed to gain passage on Monday and it will be re-introduced next week and then referred to the Finance Committee. The council is then tentatively scheduled to meet again next Wednesday in an effort to approve it. The budget must be approved by December 10th for tax bills to go out on time. The budget has been stalled by the garbage collection fee.
