SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The attorneys for the two 13 year old Sheboygan boys charged in the death of an elderly Sheboygan Falls woman are asking to have tomorrow’s preliminary hearing postponed. A hearing on the motion is scheduled for 9 o’clock tomorrow morning in Sheboygan County Court. Antonio Barbeau and Nathan Paape allegedly bludgeoned 78 year old Barbara Olson to death in her Sheboygan Falls home about two weeks ago. Both boys are being held on one million dollars cash bail on charges of first degree murder. They were arrested several hours after Olson’s body was found lying on the floor of her garage in a pool of blood. Prosecutors contend the boys had gone to her home a couple of days earlier with the intention of killing and robbing her. Barbeau and Paape were scheduled for a preliminary hearing tomorrow afternoon to determine if there is enough evidence for a trial. The teens would be tried in adult court.
