Lee Brice had a hand in writing the song "Back Home" that is performed in the new ABC drama series Nashville , premiering Wednesday night at 10 ET.  The song is now available for download at iTunes and the ABC Music Lounge at ABC.com , and new songs from each episode will be posted there each week.

Existing country hits like "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" by Eli Young Band , Greg Bates ' "Did It for the Girl" and "Small Town USA" by Justin Moore are featured in the Nashville pilot as well.
