SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan teen charged with 10 counts of graffiti will spend two years on probation.  17 year old Andrew Beltran appeared this week in Sheboygan County Court and was also ordered to pay $1400 in fines and fees.  Beltran and another teen were caught walking along the tracks along South Business Drive last June with paint in their hands.  They admitted to spraying some trailer homes, vehicles and a bus shelter.
