SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is hospitalized in critical condition following an accident in the city of Sheboygan.  Police said 38 year old Stephen Watters left South 18^th Street early Thursday morning and plowed into two vehicles parked in a driveway.  He had to be freed from the wreckage and was then flown to Theda Clark in Neenah, where a spokesman said Friday morning that Watters is listed in critical condition.
