Packers To Face Undefeated Texans

HOUSTON, TX (WHBL) - The undefeated Houston Texas will be missing All-Pro linebacker Brian Cushing when Green Bay comes to town for tonight’s NFL game. The Texans are undefeated and coming off a win over the New York Jets. They still have J.J. Watt as a defensive force. He has eight pass deflections and seven and a half sacks. The Packers are trying to rebound from a disappointing 30-27 loss to Indianapolis last week, blowing an 18 point lead and missing a field goal as time was running out. Green Bay will go without leading rusher Cedric Benson and wide receiver Greg Jennings as it tries to rediscover the dominant offense seen in recent seasons. The Packers are averaging almost two touchdowns per game fewer than last year’s record-setting performance. Tight end Jermichael Finley says he will be ready to go. The team has listed him as questionable.  Nose tackle B.J. Raji is also listed as questionable for the Houston game after not practicing all week, as is tight end D.J. Williams.  Pregame coverage on WHBL begins at 5pm.
