Eli Young Band , Brantley Gilbert , Lady Antebellum and Blake Shelton have been added to the performers lineup for the 46th Annual CMA Awards. They join previously-announced performers Jason Aldean , Kenny Chesney , Miranda Lambert , Eric Church , Kelly Clarkson , Little Big Town , Luke Bryan , Dierks Bentley and The Band Perry .

CMA Awards co-hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood are also set to perform on the show, broadcasting live from Nashville on ABC Thursday, November 1 at 8 p.m. ET.
