SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan woman suffered severe injuries after her car rear ended a trailer on Highway 23 near Sheboygan Falls Friday night.  The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said it happened around 4:30 when a truck and trailer being driven by 24 year old Dustin Teaff was heading west at a reduced speed.  He was struck from behind by a car being driven by 28 year old Jessica Sixel, of Sheboygan.  Sixel suffered severe injuries and was transported to Theda Clark Hospital in Neenah.  Sixel was cited for inattentive driving.
