SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Joint Dispatch will be up for public discussion Wednesday night with both the County Board and full Common Council in attendance.  County Administrator Adam Payne said at Tuesday night’s County Board meeting that this is something that’s been talked about for decades, and they’re hoping that it might become a reality soon. No action will be taken at the meeting, but both city and county officials will have the opportunity to hear from the public on the issue.  The meeting is scheduled for 6pm at the Latitude restaurant.
