MADISON, Wis. (WHBL) - Sheboygan’s housing market continues to improve.  According to the monthly report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, home sales in Sheboygan County last month totaled 116 - up from the 80 homes sold in August of last year.  So far this year, 786 homes have been sold.  That’s up 33 percent from the same period last year.  The median price for a home sold in Sheboygan County last month was $114,500 - 4 percent more than last August.  The report shows that statewide home sales in August were up 20 percent compared to last August.
