SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - There is expected to be a showdown over the city of Sheboygan’s 2013 budget when the Finance Committee meets Monday night.  Mayor Terry Van Akkeren thinks the proposal can be cut and the garbage collection fee eliminated.  Finance Committee Chair Donald Hammond is sticking by the budget plan put together by the city’s Finance Department, but says they’ll listen to the mayor.  The meeting begins at 5 o'clock at City Hall.
