SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Manitowoc woman is facing a charge of misdemeanor prostitution after a Sheboygan Police Detective recently spotted her ad on a website and arranged for an encounter in the city of Sheboygan.  30 year old Heather Soto is facing up to 9 months in the county jail and a fine of $10,000.  According to the criminal complaint, she was charging $150 an hour for her services and agreed to meet the detective at a Sheboygan motel.  When she arrived she was placed under arrest.  She is also facing a drug charge after the officer found marijuana in her purse.
