SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man and woman are facing felony theft and drug charges after allegedly stealing two flat screen Tv's from the southside Wal-Mart over the weekend.  42 year old Joel Warner and 37 year old Edie Sanford were formally charged on Monday.  Authorities said they were arrested on Saturday afternoon after allegedly stealing the 42-inch TV's valued at more than $700 and taking off in a pickup truck.  As officers were investigating the two unsucessfully attempted to do the same thing at the northside Wal-Mart, but were arrested a short distance away.  Sanford told officers that Warner has a drug problem and intended to trade the TV's for crack cocaine.  Both are in the county jail facing more than three years in prison.
