SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Lawyers for a Sheboygan teen charged in the brutal murder of an elderly Sheboygan Falls woman will be back in Sheboygan County Court today to argue for a change of venue. 14 year old Nathan Paape is facing a charge of first degree murder in adult court after lawyers were unsuccessful in moving the case into juvenile court. Now they are hoping to have his trial moved out of Sheboygan County, or at least heard by a jury from outside the area because of the pre-trial publicity in the case. Paape and 14 year old Antonio Barbeau allegedly bludgeoned Barbeau’s great-grandmother, 78 year old Barbara Olsen, to death in her Sheboygan Falls home last September. Barbeau has pled insanity. Both teens remain in custody.
