SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A drug bust on Sheboygan's northside on Tuesday located drugs and two small children living in squalor. Members of the MEG Unit executed a search warrant at the home in the 2500 block of North 15th Street and arrested 23 year old Nicholas Richter and 24 year old Cody Abraham. Both men are facing numerous drug charges as well as child neglect and two counts each of recklessly endangering safety. According to the criminal complaint, officers found marijuana, heroin and various prescription pills scattered throughout the home and in easy reach of the two children - ages 4 and 15 months. There was garbage and animal feces throughout the home and evidence that people were urinating on the floor in the basement. The MEG officers have recommended that the home be condemned. The children belong to Abraham and Mary Boreman, who is currently being held in the county jail after she and Jessica Mott allegedly smuggled heroin into the jail last week. According to the criminal complaint, officers became aware of the home on North 15th after monitoring a phone conversation between Abraham and Boreman.
