Oklahoma-born Toby Keith will be presented with a certificate from the governor of Texas next month declaring him an honorary Texan.  Other celebrities who've received this honor include Bob Dylan , Russell Crowe and Bob Hope .

The presentation will take place during the Texas Heritage Songwriters' Hall of Fame event March 3 in Austin, TX.  Toby will also take part in a performance honoring late Country Music Hall of Famer Roger Miller .
