SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who shot out the windows in numerous vehicles in the Sheboygan area with a pellet gun will do some jail time and has been ordered to pay for damages.  22 year old Andrew Zeier appeared recently in Sheboygan County Court and was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail.  He was also ordered by Judge Angela Sutkievicz to pay 12 victims a total of $4,000 in restitution.  Zeier was arrested last December following a police investigation.
