OOSTBURG, Wis.(WHBL) - Two Manitowoc women suffered minor injuries this morning after their car hit a patch of ice on I-43 and skidded into a guardrail. Lt. Jason Liermann of the Sheriff’s Department said 49 year old Tracy Kraemer and her passenger, 43 year old Kham Chanmavong, were taken to St. Nicholas Hospital.  The car was northbound on I-43 in the Oostburg area when the mishap occurred shortly before four this morning.
