FOND DU LAC, Wis.(WHBL) - The State Patrol has identified the victim in that fatal crash near the village of Reedsville west of Manitowoc on Monday.  They say 16 year old Kollin Heimke of Brillion went through a stop sign and slammed into a milk tanker truck.  Heimke was dead at the scene…the truck driver, 47 year old Jeffrey Pethan of Chilton was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
