SHEBOYGAN, Wis.(WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will be doing prison time for his 9^th drunk driving conviction.  45 year old Stanley Balma was arrested for drunk driving last August after pulling into the mini-mart in the 1700 block of Indiana Avenue and striking a parked vehicle with a woman and two small children inside.  They weren’t injured, but when the woman approached Balma he denied hitting her van and told her to get out of the way.  Balma was arrested later that day at his home.  Judge L. Edward Stengel recently sentenced him to 3 and a half years in prison to be followed by 5 years on extended supervision.
