SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - It may be a little cold right now for ice skating outdoors, but the skating rink sponsored by Blue Harbor in the South Pier District is ready to go.  Mayor Terry Van Akkeren said volunteer firefighters, including Chief Jeff Herman flooded the rink over the weekend and its ready and waiting.  Rental skates are also available.
