SHEBOYGAN, Wis.(WHBL) - A Plymouth woman could get up to 7 years for shoplifting.  24 year old Samantha Rosales was arrested Tuesday at Kohl’s Department Store in the Memorial Mall after security in the store observed her stealing jewelry.  Rosales was allegedly caught with 21 pairs of earrings and 5 necklaces valued at nearly seventeen hundred dollars.  Authorities said she had two small children with her at the time.  Rosales, who is charged with felony retail theft, was already free on signature bond after pleading not guilty to misdemeanor retail theft in November.
