The Gossip Girl star and her fiance Shane Warne took time out of their busy schedules to meet youngsters at the Melbourne Royal Children's Hospital.
The pair made the trip on behalf of the former cricketer's self-titled foundation, which raise funds for seriously ill and underprivileged children in Australia.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, Hurley writes, ""(Warne) & I just made a very humbling visit to the Melbourne Royal Children's Hospital on behalf of TSWF (The Shane Warne Foundation). We met a lot of brave kids.""
The news comes just days after Hurley hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons when she was caught on camera swearing at an Australian journalist at an airport in Perth, Australia.
