SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who was downloading child pornography from the internet was sentenced Thursday in Sheboygan County Court.  51 year old Michael Rohde was arrested last May as part of an investigation by the Department of Homeland Security into the downloading of child porn coming in from outside the country.  He admitted he had been into child porn for more than 10 years.  Rohde had pled no contest to 10 counts in a plea deal while 10 others were dismissed but read into the record.  He was sentenced to 3 years in prison to be followed by 3 years extended supervision.
