The Wisconsin Badgers found themselves in another grinder against 12th ranked Minnesota Saturday afternoon at the Kohl Center. Traevon Jackson's 10 foot jump shot got a generous bounce off the rim and glass before dropping through to give the Badgers a 44-42 lead with 4.1 seconds to play. A foul on Mike Bruesewitz on the ensuing inbounds play gave the Gophers a chance to tie the game but Rodney Williams made one and missed the second as Sam Dekker rebounded preserving the 44-43 victory. Dekker and Ryan Evans led Wisconsin with 10 points each. The Badgers improved to 14-6 on the season and 5-2 in the Big Ten.
