PHOENIX, AZ (WHBL) - Arizona’s Patrick Corbin had a career high 10 strike-outs and kept Milwaukee’s bats in the cold, in a 2-1 win over the Brewers Friday night. Starter and birthday boy Tom Gorzelanny allowed two unearned runs and three hits in six innings of impressive work for the Brewers. However, he didn't get much help as the Brewers went 1 for 12 with runners in scoring position and committed two costly errors in the field in losing their third game in a row. Jean Segura got the game’s only run for the Brewers on a wild throwing error by Arizona’s Miguel Montero in the first inning. Game three of this four game series takes place tonight.
