The Milwaukee Brewers and centerfielder Carlos Gomez have reached agreement on a three year contract extension that will keep Gomez in Milwaukee through 2016.  The total value of the deal is worth 24 million dollars.  Gomez took over for Nyjer Morgan as the full time centerfielder last year and delivered a solid season with a .260 average, 19 home runs and 51 runs batted in.
