SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan teen has been sentenced for a vehicle-stealing spree in the Sheboygan area last December. 18 year old Andrew Beltran had led police on a high speed chase out of Sheboygan which ended when he crashed the stolen vehicle into a ditch in the Cleveland area, where he stole another vehicle. When he was arrested, he admitted to stealing a third vehicle, breaking into a garage, storage sheds and the Sheboygan South concession stand. Beltran was back in court this week before Judge Terrence Bourke, who sentenced him to a year in prison to be followed by 5 years extended supervision. During supervision, Beltran will also have to perform 120 hours of community service.
