LANSING, MI (WHBL) - Two men are in custody in Michigan in connection with a weekend assault in Sheboygan that injured two.
Police Lt. Michael Williams said St. Nicholas Hospital’s Emergency Room informed the department around 2 a.m. Sunday that two male Asians were being treated for stab wounds received at a house party. An investigation found that the two suspects had left the state, but were found and apprehended by the Eaton County Sheriff’s Department just outside Lansing, MI. The men are in custody and are awaiting extradition.
Williams said the suspects and victims knew each other, this was not a random act of violence and there is no threat to the community. The case remains under investigation.
