SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan’s Evergreen Park will be lit up again this year starting on Friday. Gerry Plehn, of the Sheboygan Rotary Club, said it is the second year of the Making Spirits Bright Holiday Light Show and it will be bigger and better. She says some new things have been added and others have been changed since last year. Plehn says admission is free but they are encouraging people to donate a food item, which then is donated to the area food pantries. Plehn said last year they donated 41,000 food items and are hoping for 60,000 this year because, according to the Sheboygan County Food Bank, the need has actually increased this year. The light display is open from 5 to 9 in Evergreen Park and will run through December 28th except on Christmas Eve.
