Brewers 4, Mets 2

NEW YORK, NY (WHBL) - The Milwaukee Brewers have won four of their last five after beating the Mets in New York 4-2 Thursday night.  The Crew scored all its runs in the second inning.  Scooter Gennett capped off the rally with a two-run single.  Johnny Hellweg had another rough outing.  He gave up a run on two hits in four innings, but he hit two batters, threw a wild pitch, and walked four.  Hellweg, the pitcher of the year in the Triple-"A" Pacific Coast League, only threw 37-of-80 pitches for strikes.  He hit Mets' All-Star David Wright in the helmet.  Wright left the game, and passed his concussion tests.  Brewers' manager Ron Roenicke says Hellweg has a long way to go to get his control in check.  In eight starts for Milwaukee this season, he walked 40 batters in 30 and two-thirds innings, with a 1-4 record and a 6.75 E-R-A.  Alfredo Figaro got the win with two innings of scoreless relief.  He's 3-3.  Jim Henderson allowed a solo homer to Josh Satin in the ninth, but still picked up his 27th save.  Dillon Gee went six innings and took the loss.  He's now 0-3 lifetime against the Brewers.  The Mets went 0 for 14 with runners in scoring position.  Like Milwaukee, the Mets are playing out the string well below .500. The two teams will play again tonight at Citi Field.  Right-hander Yovani Gallardo will face Mets' right-hander Carlos Torres.
