MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - The Powerball jackpot is $284 million for Wednesday night.
Nobody won the top prize on Saturday. Third-prize tickets were sold in Schofield, West Allis, and Milwaukee. One of those players won $20,000 by having the Power Play multiplier of two, and matching four regular numbers plus the Powerball. The other two won $10,000 each.
It was not immediately known which winner had the Power Play. Just over 16,000 Wisconsin players won smaller prizes on Saturday. The numbers were 24, 25, 34, 37, and 54. The Powerball was 29.
Wednesday's jackpot is the highest since September 18th, and it has rolled over 13 times. Wednesday's cash option is just under $163 million.
In Mega Millions, the top prize is at $122 million dollars for Tuesday night.
