CASCADE, WI (WBHL) - Area State Assemblyman Dan LeMahieu has announced he will retire from the State Assembly following the current session. The Cascade Republican will have served 12 years as the chamber’s 59th district representative, first elected in 2002. He said his decision comes now so candidates have plenty of time to consider a run this fall.
