PHOENIX, AZ (WHBL) - Tony Campana hit a walk-off single Wednesday night to give Arizona a 4-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers in Phoenix. Martin Prado scored the winning run after he doubled with one out in the bottom of the ninth. After a ground-out, Campana singled up the middle off Brandon Kintzler, who dropped to 1-3 with the loss. Brad Ziegler got the win with one-and-a-third innings of scoreless relief. He's 3-1. Milwaukee's only scoring came on a three-run homer from Khris Davis in the fourth inning, which tied the game at that point. That was after the Diamondbacks scored on a pair of singles and a groundout. Chris Owings fell a homer short of the cycle for Arizona, as he drove in a run and had three of the D-Backs' nine hits. Davis had two of Milwaukee's five hits. Carlos Gomez singled and walked, as he extended his Major League streak of reaching base safely to 31 games. Gomez returned after sitting out two games with a tight hamstring. The Brewers ended a four-game road winning streak, and they still have a three-and-a-half game lead in the National League Central. The finale of this four-game series with the D'backs comes up this afternoon at Chase Field. Brewers' right-hander Yovani Gallardo faces right-hander Chase Anderson.
