SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man described as a long-time lottery player has claimed his million dollar prize. The state lottery said David Resnick brought his million dollar Powerball ticket to lottery headquarters Friday afternoon. He will receive a lump sum payment of $673,500. Resnick will appear at a news conference at 10:30 Monday morning at the Q Mart on Weeden Creek Road where he bought the ticket. The Q Mart earns a $20,000 commission for selling the winning ticket. Resnick matched five of the numbers in Wednesday’s drawing. Earlier this month Joe Powers of Sheboygan collected a million dollar jackpot with a Powerball ticket purchased in Kohler.
