SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Home sales and prices in Sheboygan County dropped in the month of February. The Wisconsin Realtors Association says there were 13 fewer sales last month when compared to the same month last year. Also, the median price for a home dropped 5.8 percent, or nearly $7,000.
The WRA says the extreme cold last month led to a statewide drop in sales of just over 10 percent from last year. Through the first two months of 2014, Sheboygan County has seen three more home sales than last year, but prices are down 12.5 percent.
