Things I like: 1) Cadbury Creme Eggs. 2) Beer. Things I’m not sure I like combined together: Cadbury Creme Eggs and beer.
Look we’ve been over my beer palette on this beer time and time again: I have scumbag taste. Give me a PBR, Busch Light, High Life, regular ol’ Bud, etc. About as exotic as I get is a Spotted Cow or Oktoberfest from Labor Day weekend through Halloween. But that’s it. I’m not a huge IPA guy, not a big porter guy, not a big stout guy. I generally don’t enjoy chewing my beer.
And as much as I love the idea of a Cadbury Creme Egg drink that gets you drunk, something about a beer being described as ‘chocolatey and creamy’ elicits this kind of reaction from my brain:
But if this is your jam, maybe something to check out at a liquor store that slings Goose Island.
PS: I love the fact that this time of year you always see the EXACT same Cadbury Creme Egg TV ad that they’ve been airing since the 80’s.
